Everyone has complained (rightly perhaps) about lack of availability. Having worked in tech support when customers hit problems I have some experience of the stress and (often unjust) recriminations which fly around. Well, its back now and I think it only fair to thank the maintenance team for the efforts over what must have been a very stressful sequence of outages.

There was a short queue to log in and character selection was very smooth. The only "issue" is the estimated wait time, which twice got down to 1 second, held there for serveral seconds then bounced back up to a couple of minutes. However, wait time estimates are not easy so I think we can forgive you that one especially as the world and his familiar were probably all attempting to use logon at the same time

I hope offering this plaudit does not tempting fate and cause another outage ...
