Would love to see it for every slot plus the ability to only hide one shoulder like what WoW did recently.

A hide wings option would be nice, too.

I was thinking... maybe ZoS has been experimenting with the Gloambound Arm pack. Think about it, it's essentially an invisible item unless unsheathed. Maybe if they notice that people have been enjoying this arm pack (and they have, I see people running around with these weapons all the time), they will do something similar with body pieces, except they would be permanently invisible. I think we're onto something. Let's stay hopeful.

Gloambound armor? I'm game. No idea if ESO systems could handle magical armor appearing over your clothes (or naked body, I suppose) when you draw your weapon/engage in combat, but anything even close to that sounds cool by me.

SWTOR has armor specifically for this purpose. It does Not hide another piece of armor. It Is armor in and of itself. It is simply invisible. So, there isn't any bizarre " heavy metal chest piece that no one can see ". In this game, in order to apply this to Sets, it would need to be a Motif.

This is essentially what I've been asking for for years, even in my previous post above pointing out if they didn't want to make an invisible piece, it could be a simple arm band that would look good on a bare chested barbaric look and be covered up by anyone wearing an actual armor piece. It would be such an easy fix for this complaint with zero additional work on zos' part and just be part of incorporating the style page for it into a future armor set they roll out.

Hiding armor slots should be a basic thing to have in the cosmetic system. If they can hide helms, then they should be able to hide any part they wish. I realize that currently there are bigger fish to fry, but this seems like something they can get to sooner rather than later.

The title question, I know some people will want to hide all gear parts or just some things like flaps and such.

How many years have people been asking for this option? It worries me that it’s gone unaddressed for so long…

I'd rather they didn't try to implement ANYTHING else until the game works for all the stuff already there.

I'd LOVE to be able to hide any piece of armor as we do with helms, however, I'd be THRILLED with just shoulders - and the silly hip flaps.

I wouldnt mind being able to hide shoulders and and the ability to move shoulders. Sometimes the shoulders sit weirdly high or low on the character's shoulders (or even arms) and I would like to be able to slide them up or down so they can sit properly.

I honestly do not care at all, I like my armors with cool shoulders, but I have no reasons to oppose more customization options.

Shoulders, tassets, front and back flaps, "socks" and "lower arm" stuff.

Yeah, ugly pauldrons and mud flaps are the aesthetic bane of my ESO experience.

Also, can we do something about those weird floating plate things at the hips? For some armor, it makes sense... it's PART of the armor. But for a lot of the armor, it's just kind of... there, and it moves strangely.
