Still having extremely long character load after today's emergency patch

Nulami✭✭✭Today's maintenance broke the game. The emergency maintenance didn't fix anything. They should have rolled back today's maintenance during the emergency maintenance.
Expect major downtime later today or tomorrow.2 -
itsfatbass✭✭✭✭✭I can't enter instance, cannot port to player, cannot use wayshrine, cannot even CAMP. But I CAN use all my abilities inside Elden Root. TitanEidolon✭✭✭I was encountering a few issues after the major patch, then it started getting better.
After maintenance this morning, most of my "game time" is spent on loading screens.
I consider that unplayable at the moment. I guess I'll check back this weekend and see if it's better.1 -

Sirona_Starr✭✭✭✭✭New problem: chat server. Typed in guild chat and it took about 2 minutes to show up. Typed a few more times and some things are going right away and others take time... to the point that a couple of times things I typed later showed up before something I had typed before.
Things are bad guys, very bad.

Not a NEW problem. This was reported in bugs and in previous posts in general well before they did the extended maintenance. It's just new to you, I guess.1 -
