I've encountered some lag issues here before, but what we have right now is the worst I've seen thus far with ESO (NA server), both in densely populated areas as well as areas with few folks running around:
- Spikes hit every 10 seconds or so and persist 3-10 seconds
- During the times of the lag spikes occurring, there's not much that isn't impacted. This includes NPC conversation selections, inventory management, combat, etc.

Isn't that the autosend one? The one that can't be replied back too? Also I'm fairly certain they state you have to contact them through approved channels or they won't be able to help/respond.
