The set no longer procs from the fire glyph. Can you please tell me if this is a bug or a fix?

Glyph itself is not proccing, but Burning status from it should proc.

No. Burning is considered a proc as well and will not proc Encratis or EC.

(Yes, this means that an enchant procing Burning is a proc procing a proc, according to the new rules, but it appears that this is an explicit exception to this new rule.)
