You will get the achievement on all characters, but your alts will still only know motifs they've learned.

I don't believe so as it would be way too difficult and time consuming to prove, though I think it's pretty safe to assume so as that the precedent set, and intention stated, for every other exception to the account wide changes. It would also devalue master writs and to a large extent voucher purchases significantly, and also potentially drive mat prices up even further.

The answer to both your questions is yes, as I said on my first post.

If you have a character that has a no-Death achievement on a dungeon, and another that has the speed run and a third that has the HM, your account gets the trifecta.

If you killed 20 fire colossi each on 5 different characters, you get that achievement for the account.

For any of the achievements that are cumulative, as soon as you log into a character, their progress towards that achievement is added to the progress. Whichever character pushed the achievement over the max gets their name attached to it.

That's subjective. I only wear a title on one character and that's Master Angler.

Don't really care about titles otherwise.
