So, which sets don't proc each other anymore?
Fixed numerous issues where sets that weren’t based on damage or healing were not properly labeled as such, creating confusion where some sets that applied buffs or crowd control could still trigger other sets when the core rule is that procs should not trigger other procs.
The only time a set should directly trigger another set is when a set activates a core combat skill or event, such as Dodging, Blocking, or applying a Status Effect. The most noticeable fix with this is where sets such as Aegis Caller or Thunder Caller could trigger Dark Convergence, or where Dark Convergence could trigger Hrothgar, leading to insane wombo combos from one minor input.
I'm not entirely clear which sets are actually affected by this change.
For instance, I run
Night Mother's Gaze, which applies Major Breach on crit, with
Ravager, which increases weapon/spell damage on lowering an enemies defenses.
Under these new conditions, will Ravager no longer be procced when NMG applies Major Breach?
Or is applying Major Breach considered a core combat skill, such as applying a Status Effect?
Alandrol Sul: He's making another Numidium?!?
Vivec: Worse, buddy. They're buying it.
