Request: Update Golden weekend vendor to include more loot

The game has been out for quite a long time now and there are lots of sets available. It seems like it would make sense to adjust the golden to no longer be so restricted especially given the collection system (which was a great addition).

My proposal is as follows:
- change it so that the golden has both ring and necklace for whatever sets are currently up in the rotation
- change it so that both helm and shoulder are available for monster set in rotation
- (bonus points) add more sets eg 3-4 monster sets instead of 2 and likewise for jewelry.

i would definitely support adding more monster sets, its a much more reliable way to get monster shoulders than the undaunted key gambling (which is also not curated)

there are also some sets which rarely if ever show up on the gold vendor (and ive been checking it almost every week since it started)

i dont see anything wrong with adding 1-2 additional regular dungeon sets either, but definitely think we need at least 2 more monster sets per week

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)

feel free to stop by and use the facilities

Honestly the only thing I check the golden vendor for are shoulders because the key RNG thing is utterly infuriating (ever had 6-7 heavy shoulders of the same set you didn't need and instead needed the light shoulders of the other set? I bet you have if you've played long enough).
So whatever makes this situation better. Even just curating the shoulders would be a solution. Not even necessarily to 100%, but honestly, burning dozens of keys on trash is one of the only things that's been able to make me Alt-F4.
That said I'm all for more variety in jewels even though I'm ultra rich and could golden every set in game, I mean sure, why not. It's good to have AP as an alternative to gold for people who enjoy different types of content. Even I prefer to buy jewelry I'm interested with AP instead of gold, housing can be very gold-intensive.

I would settle for them at least increasing the selection each week, double the number of sets on offer in all category's.

It should not be the case that new sets show up when I have never even seen some of the older ones in more than 3 and a bit years of checking the golden vendor thread in the forums each week end.

Given it's primarily a way for PvP people to get that gear it would also make sense if some extra stuff is added that it's locked behind achieving say tier 2 in a PvP campaign that month.

It would be nice if they added crafted set golden jewelry but with a requirement that you needed the relevant number of traits to be able to buy it. I can get gold trial jewelry pretty easily, I can even recreate perfected trial jewelry for a pittance of transmute crystals; I can get gold dungeon and overland jewelry from the Golden, and gold PvP jewelry every midyear mayhem, but if I need to run a crafted set as jewelry it costs an absolute fortune in upgrade mats, no way round it.

And yes, the more items available from the golden the better as far as I'm concerned.

Make it so there's at least 2 Bind on Equip jewelry pieces every weekend, which can help PvPers turn AP into gold. This is without removing any other combinations, just add another BoE piece.

It does make sense to scale the pool of available offerings up every once in a while to account for the addition of new sets, especially for monster shoulders which can be a pain sometimes.

Agree with Finediable. More sets so more things. Especially shoulders

I agree, OP, I think this would make a lot of sense.

I never buy from the Gold Vendor but it seems strange that it's still so limited considering how many sets there are in the game now.
