This is basically an ep buff camp. Ep has been the largest pop for over a month now. I agree with you that ep has the biggest pvdoor zerg though. Kinda pointless playing when I get zerged down absolutely everywhere. EP pugs need the zerg to survive instead of being farmed again.
Heck even ep is zerging cp IC now.1 -

Not a conspiracy. On the non cp campaign on EU i've had multiple AD PVE players tell me that they were told by players/guilds from their faction, both directly and in general chat, to log off or leave Cyro during EP and DC prime time to get the low pop bonus and threatened that if they would not comply they would be hunted down in other faction alts. Don't know if it actually happened but this proves this mindset and mechanic abuse is a thing.0 -
biminirwb17_ESO✭✭✭✭✭The low pop bonus is calculated on the previous at least two hours, it does result in times when factions get ridiculous high scores for one evaluation but the reason is that they had a lower population hours earlier.
Logging off does not have any effect on the next evaluation despite the rumours that seem to be rife on all sides.2 -
