I don't want more speed and purposely avoid the ring and skills and champion points that give them. Running around at warp speed feels rushed and frantic and completely ruins my enjoyment.

[snip] The time it would save new players to enjoy the rest of the game is significant. I wonder how demoralizing it must be to watch someone RUN faster than they ride.

So, I've been around the starter zones and it just pains me to see how slowly the new players move around. Call me a sap but I genuinely feel sad for them, not being able to get around to places more quickly. I understand that there is a "discovery" part of ESO but this is just too painful to watch. ZOS, just give everyone a permanent speed boost instead of forcing people to go into pvp and reach level 3 in Assault. All new players have no idea what I'm talking about when I whisper them about it. Save the people time so they can enjoy other parts of the game more.

Gift them an adept rider crafted set. It grants major gallop and major expedition as its 5pc bonus. Can be worn at level. I use it on all new characters until I get assault line ranked.

Do you really expect me to spend all my time crafting items to hundreds of players? I'd rather stop playing the game then since it would be completely pointless.
WE already KNOW what to do - new players do NOT.

Sheesh.. they just changed it so simply completing the Welcome to Cyrodiil quest pretty much grants you a permanent 30% buff for all of 5 minutes effort... how much easier can it get?
You just need to do the 1st quest in Cyrodiil (the tutorial) and don't skip any part to reach level 3 in Assault.(...) forcing people to go into pvp and reach level 3 in Assault. (...)

You get to level 3 in PVP by doing the tutorial
