Plaguebreak, Maarselok other disease damage procs are not critting. Intended?

Is there something wrong with critical damage and disease damage procs? My other proc sets like Grothdar, which is flame damage seems fine, but these two sets are not critting at all.

Item sets that scale in order of magnitude, or based on additional modifiers such as Relequen or Zaan, will not critically strike. Many of these sets have received adjustments to their power as well. ...

Nice catch.
That explains maarselok, but wondering why the dot on plaguebreak doesn't crit then. I understand the order of magnitude applies to the explosion part of plaguebreak, but the dot is what I'm referring to. It doesn't scale in magnitude.Sarahandcompany
