I have tried submitting tickets on the ui voicechat error box, and then lost ability somehow to login to my account. So then I tried retrieving my account, and got a bot email saying 'sorry you can't remember your secret question answer'...
It wasn't even the right question listed to answer during my attempt to retrieve...?
WTF is going on?
I would like a refund on my recent purchases I have no access to now, but can't even connect with anyone to discuss the situation or options.
