New to Windows, how to point ESO Launcher to correct file?

Hello.
How do I point my ESO Launcher to the correct folder for usersettings, addons, etc?
BACKGROUND: I have been a Mac user for years. I recently purchased a Windows 10 gaming laptop only for ESO. I want to keep my ESO Live folder in the Documents folder on my PC. When I first installed ESO, the installer put the ESO Live folder into OneDrive. I had to stop OneDrive to get ESO to point to the Documents ESO Live folder. Yesterday I purchased DropBox for other reasons and something moved the ESO Launcher to point to a new folder in DropBox instead of my Documents folder. I am using ESO under Steam if that makes a difference.
Advice is appreciated!
