Cliff Racer, for sure, what were they thinking making it a spammy, its horrible, bring back the delay and lets have out bursty back.

I miss the old beetles, cliff racer, force pulse combo... also i miss watching stamblade freak out when you popped a detect pot and they couldn't dodge your cliff racer lol

It looks like Vamp definitely needs a rework according to all replies lol.
But how could it be worked to please all of us?

First of all I think we need a stage 0, where you're basically human and can only eat other people (maybe keep weakness to fire debuff) but all your vamp skills are completely locked out, including ultimate. Even stage 0 has some impact on skill cost and mostly health regen.
I also think ultimate should be sustainable, like werewolf, vamp in skyrim was sustainable as well. I don't think anybody would pick the stage 5 morph of vampirism that doesn't have any drawbacks plus all benefits since vamp skills are fairly mediocre at best... now that mist form is purely PvP anyway. A sustainable morph doesn't bring out many other benefits other than a higher resource pool, so why not?

Werewolfs have AoE attacks, direct attacks, self healing and buffs, I think vampirism should be headed towards the same direction, but other than poisonous mist form, I don't think vamps have any other AoE attacks (other than ult with the bats).

The reason it's so bad is because at it's core it's flawed. These changes you propose while nice won't solve many people's issues with it, and the many issues come down to the core of the skill line.

Vampire is designed around spending health as it's gimmick, which is why it has things that scale based on missing health, health cost abilities, and then to make it not free ZOS made it unsustainable with the HP regeneration reductions, removal of outside healing, and destruction of non-vampire ability sustain.

If they did away with the concept of spending your own health, and all the stupid weaknesses that were slapped on to contend with that, then the skill line wouldn't be as bad as it is.

Ice Staffs as a whole, to actually allow us to make viable Ice Mages, instead of being niche tank weapons for no reason. Make a new weapon type like Wand and Shield/Focus if you want a magic tank weapon so badly. Maybe then we will actually see Magicka Wardens in any content.

Enchanted Growth. The function and stats is fine idc, but as far as actually landing this narrow cone on somebody feels slim. Templar healers have a much easier time because they don't have to aim. Many frustrating years as a Warden Healer. I gave up and switched to MagWarden, but I only do solo content. They suuuuuck in group content.

You need to catch up to the mag warden meta.

double frost staff mag warden builds are crazy strong.
destructive reach. nobody uses this "dot" and it used to be a great stun for mag builds that dont have good stuns in pvp. I know flame clench still stuns but that forces you to run flame staff only. I know people hate the idea of a ranged stun but it is low damage, can be blocked and dodged.

Frost reach is really really good.
If they gave the other morphs of destructive reach the same treatment of increasing the direct damage component I would happily run a master's inferno build with d-reach spammable.

-Streak for PvP zones. Since Mist form cannot be used for PvE I think Streak should get a similar treatment.
Something like 300% cost increase or removal of the unblockable CC.

-The entire vampire skill line needs a complete overhaul IMO. Passives are okey.

-Cliff Racer are slow and doesn't feel well with its 300 year travel time.

-I would say Jabs, but if you nerf Jab on templar you quickly find out how bad their other skills are. It's a needed crutch on the templar class, because the rest of their dmg abilities have been overly nerfed over the years.
So either nerf jab and buff most of the other skills, or keep it as is.

+1 for the vampire skill line. Specifically, drain needs to be a ridiculous execute (+500% damage against targets under 10%), with some sort of massive bonus (complete heal?) if you kill something with it. No one is going to bother using vampirism outside of overland anymore anyway, so might as well make it immersive when facerolling trash mobs.
