Strange error after update

I got this weird error after the update. I start the launcher and everything is normal, but when I hit the PLAY button I get an error. It says my SENSAPI.DLL is missing and can't start the program, BUT it does start ESO64.EXE minimized. So I checked \windows\system32 and my sensapi.dll is there. Anyone else get this error?

✭✭✭✭✭There was a thread about this somewhere the day of the patch. I don't know if it's on one of the other pages here (2, 3, etc.) or it got moved to Tech Support.
However, I thought it had to do with win 7 issues, so unless you're on win 7...?
