Lost daily tickets after the crash

I was in the process of getting my daily ticket (fighting the dragon) when the game crashed. When I managed to relogin, the dragon's corpse disappeared and my ticket vanished with it. Can I get it back, please?

What can I do if I missed out on an Event Ticket?
Oh, I know it. The problem was not in the fact that I missed the opportunity to get the ticket, e.g. because I haven't managed to fullfill the requirements. The problem was that I was deprived of already earned ticket due to the programm lag. It was pretty distressful.0
