No access to blackwood even though I bought it.

I bought a Blackwood CE and activated it to my account on the 30th of May, at the time I didn't receive the pre-order bonuses but I thought it might be a little delayed, now on release the game acts as if I have no copy of Blackwood and I cannot teleport into the new zone. UserID: @VoidMech Do you have any idea how long this fix could take? I was looking forward to getting the new mythic items and trying out Rockgrove but I'm currently unable to.

    I have same problem. Bought Blackwood CE upgrade but didnt get it till today. Already submited ticket 210601-001714. Everytime time I bought upgrade directly from ZOS even for higher price and this is my reward. Cant play when others can. Really sad.

    Same issue here, since I bought the upgrade two days ago.

    I opened a ticket and received some responses, now I've updated the ticket with new infos and I still wait for further assistance.

    Good evening,

    I'm afraid I suffer from the same issue. I bought a standard Blackwood upgrade on May 30 which shows properly on both my account and billing history. However the new wayshrine is greyed out and Blackwood doesn't show up in my collection.

    My ticket number from earlier this afternoon is 210601-002174.
    I'd be glad if you could please check its current location, @ZOS_BillE.

    I have a similar issue (the account no longer shows Blackwood as activated on it despite it previously showing it). I purchased the Blackwood CE upgrade about a month ago, I activated the code on my account, the account status updated on the website with the Blackwood CE upgrade, I got the in-game pre-order mount (I can still see it on the select screen for a character that was using it but it is no longer in my collections).

    I logged in on Blackwood release day and it told me I don't have Blackwood and asked me to upgrade. My account now shows as Greymoore edition, not Blackwood anymore, and the pre-order items are no-longer available. I contacted support several days ago and I'm still waiting on the issue to be resolved.

    I was told by support in my initial response that it was an issue for people who purchased the upgrade on the 30th, but that's not when I purchased or activated my account. I don't think the first agent to process my ticket actually read the details.

    Having the same issue myself I bought the game about 3 months ago now from the crown store, and saw it was purchased, but on release date on the Xbox One it is blacked out.

    I believe customer support uses your game account, not forum account.

    Good evening all,

    I'm having the same issue. I bought blackwood on the 9th June. Had some fun with it and unlocked a companion. Recently however I realised that I had lost access to Blackwood area as well as some of the unlocks that came with the bundled expansion.

    I've opened a ticket - 210704 005935.

    I have email clarifications from activation, unlocked waypoints and a companion following me around leveling up as normal as proof 😂

    Thankfully I'm still in Elsweyr otherwise I'd be quite annoyed!
