Ive made a ticket which is currently being investigated, however the information you get me to try is, so far, as basic as possible. The statement you made pretty much confirms to me that its your, end but obviously the company wont admit to anything or else they may have the fix it.

I am having the same problem since September 7. My ticket #210907-005030, nobody got back to me for 8 days so far. I am crushing constantly in battle. I cannot do any PvP at this point. Everything was smooth until the end of event/update. I am seeing multiple threads on crashes. As the issue we are having is not isolated, could you please escalate it to someone?

I'm in the same boat. Random crashes about every 30sec in my case, ticket [Incident: 210927-006447], my refresh rate is 60hz, msinfo32 result was auto discarded by ZOS for exceeding maximum attachment size, waiting to hear back on DxDiag results that I sent in.

I really hope that they can get to the bottom of this.

So I have been crashing like crazy. No matter what I have done add on , no add on, fresh install, threading on/off, repair, refresh rate, new nvidia drivers. NOTHING seem to work then all of the sudden my Razer Naga Trinity Synapse software did a random update on it's own. Well this seems to have fixed 95% of my crashing I played 4 hours last night and crashed only 2x. since this new patch I've been averaging 6 to 8 crashes and hour. I'm hoping my problem stays for the most part fixed. So if your using a razer mouse check the software.

Another step to try is deleting these two settings files to ensure ESO is at it's default settings. To do so, follow the instructions below:

I haven't crashed since last Thursday or Friday. Since I haven't changed anything in my setup, it is probably on your side. I am of course happy that you have changed something, but an information would have been desirable.

I thought I fixed it. But NOPE still freaking crashing!!!
