Moondancer follows the hybridization rules for everything except for if you pull the recovery proc. Then it's only magicka recovery. Can this be looked into?

A situational threshold change could be extremely nice for the set. However with sets such as Bahsei it's not something you might want. Might be more beneficial to go with health though, above 50% you get a damage boost and below 50% you'd get a damage shield.The Vegemite Knight1
