Moondancer Hybridization

Moondancer follows the hybridization rules for everything except for if you pull the recovery proc. Then it's only magicka recovery. Can this be looked into?

Honestly would be cool to see old trial sets given Perfected versions. This would increase interest in old trials and bring back some old sets.

moon dancer would still not be great even perfected. The 50/50 chance of getting the thing you want makes it pretty sub optimal. If it was conditional regen if below 50% magicka and damage if above then it would see a lot more use.

A situational threshold change could be extremely nice for the set. However with sets such as Bahsei it's not something you might want. Might be more beneficial to go with health though, above 50% you get a damage boost and below 50% you'd get a damage shield.
