PS4: "Prior Thierric" shoulders NEVER drop from Urgarlag 5-key-offer

PS4 EU:
Urgalarg sells a shoulder for "Prior Thierric" OR "Magma Incarnate" for 5 Undaunted Keys.
However, the shoulder for "Prior Thierric" never drops..
I have wasted 50 Undaunted Keys on this and only get "Magma Incarnate" shoulders.
PS4-EU/BalticBlues would like to get 50 Undaunted Keys back please.

50 keys is 10 attempts, and whilst it is likely you 'should' get a shoulder, it is possible to just get magma incarnate each time.0 -

To get 0 shoulders without a bug is almost impossible.
Just do the math, the probability for this is not even 0.1%

Beavisaur13✭✭✭I got my Prior Thierric shoulders the first time I opened that cache, after a few days of dlc being live. Got my Incarnate shoulders right after, for my dk tank, so it sounds like rng is just not in your favor.1

Tharonil✭✭✭I play on series x. I have used over 50 keys in the last days too, but never got a shoulder.
But it's good to know, that other people got it from the undaunted box.
edit: i only bought the one key chests.
