As for the console players, they had the benefit of knowing what happened to the PC players 3 weeks before, so ZOS might be inclined to take the stance that the console players should have used those 3 weeks to scry and excavate outstanding leads so they wouldn't end up losing them. Any console players who were completely oblivious to what happened 3 weeks before might be best off submitting a politely-worded support ticket listing which leads they lost.
