Problem login on my account

Is anyone else have a problem login into there account atm I just get an Error 404 Page not found and I have a try what support say and still don't work

As before, both fail with the same error of Error: The transaction was not authorized. Both of these cards work fine with other online sites, just ESO fails. @ZOS_Kevin I do not have a screen shot, the error text was in my post ""Error: The transaction was not authorized". Both cards work just fine everywhere but the account page.
