Purchased Blackwood, no access

I purchased Blackwood and it is registered on my account, but there is no access and there is still the option to upgrade. I have submitted a ticket 24hrs ago and haven’t heard anything yet.

    Also experiencing this same issue though in my case its the whole Blackwood Collection so can't access any of the previous chapters either. Over 24 hours waiting for a response now other than the autoreply that happened shortly after sumbitting the ticket.
