I made a new account on the 4th Sept .
The account was made fine,the game key entered fine.i got an email welcoming me,an email showing the game key added to the new account,but when i look at the main account page it says no game purchased,even though billing history shows the game purchased.
Its been 3 almost 4 days now and im starting to get a little cheesed off.
i had 1 reply from support and thus far NOTHING.
Is it standard practice to leave paying customer hanging all over the weekend and now part of the week?
Im posting this on my main account as i've not had a forum invite code sent for the account in question and don't want to risk sending another support message as i read doing so moves the request for help post to the back queue.
