Didn't get my crown crates after claiming it on twitch

Yesterday I watched two of featured eso streams and was able to get 3 or 4 crown crates (2 or 3 from english stream and 1 from polish) which I claimed afterwards and... I didn't get them.
They are definitely under claimed tab on twitch but I still didn't get them in game.
Everything is connected properly as I got crown crate before (a week or so).
Did anyone have similar problem as well? What should I do?

hackdrag0n✭✭✭Have you looked on the other server? I play on pc-na but have seen mine go to my pc-eu account in the past.0

✭✭✭✭✭If you play with the same account on different servers, you should get the crate(s) on both servers. The only time the server would make a difference is if you have different accounts on different servers, like a PC account versus a PS account.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -
