Antiquities lead timers

Before today's patch first lead one found for an antiquity had an expiration timer (typically 30 days) but all subsequent leads for that antiquity (with the exception of mythics) did not.
After today's patch all my leads have timers and they are backdated! Almost lost a Shrine of Boethra.
Did you forget to add this to the patch notes?
These days is impossible to tell what is intended behaviour, what is unintended behaviour or what was intended behaviour but suddenly is retconned as unintended because reasons.
