I cannot log in to the game, I then later only found out why when I was informed that I was SUSPENDED when trying to log in here. Zenimax has not even had the decency to notify me via my account email of what they did to me and despite many pleas from me, of all of this that they have wrought upon me, is falling on deaf ears. I can get no response from them after many days to actually put to rights what they did to me. GW2 is looking really rosy from here atm. It seems I am no longer welcome in this game and any staff, if any actually exist and are human, seem spread thin on the ground.
Not happy. Under the New Zealand Fair Trading Act I demand redress. I demand the services that you sold to me. If you will not even put to rights what you have taken, willy-nilly, then under the New Zealand Fair Trading Act I am intitled to a full refund for the faulty product that you have sold me. You cannot treat people like this Zenimax and expect to come out a healthy company at the other end... There will be no one left to serve... you.
It was my birthday today and I wanted to spend the day gaming in my favourite gameworld, but I have been cast out by an autobot program that cuts off players for doing seemingly daily things like posting in the zone chat alot answering questions for other players and helping players, things I enjoy doing as I go about exploring the land and forging relationships with NPS and player alike, or you can be banned for falling thru the bugged out holes they left around the world. Not a nice way to treat innocent people Zenimax. If you wish to garner lasting relationships with people whom are loyal enough to buy your product and upkeep that purchase with a subscription, then you must give them the feeling that at least they are welcome in the arenas that you provide seemingly provide for them to play in(they are there for the players are they not? I'm afraid that I am losing any sense of respect for what this game has to offer and anything or aspect that comes up about this game should now be taken with a large pinch of salt). Can you blame me? Will the very air I breathe in-game, if I ever am ALLOWED back in, turn out to be a bannable auto-botted outing offense? Who even knows? It seems like nobody is even home at Zenimax... pretty devastated actually.
