[Request/Feedback] Remove the option to RETURN CoD earned gold (or let us change the keybind)

This has happened too many times, it's annoying. Someone sends me gold for an item I CoD'd.
Three times, I've almost accidentally sent the gold back. The default button for looting all is R. So out of habit, I press R to snag everything. When mail is open R returns the stuff.
This 4th time I actually sent the 344 gold back. Now, the guy first claims he "didn't get it". I put in a ticket (yes, my error, but it's a system that needs work) and told him such. He finally sends me a mail a few minutes later COMPLETELY BLANK claiming there was gold attached to it.
Unbelievable.
CoD shouldn't be returnable at all. If we decide we want to give the gold back to the person, we can mail it ourselves.
If removing Return (just for CoD profits) isn't viable, can we at least have the option to change the keybind for returning mail?
I know 344 gold may not be a lot to some of you, but to some of us it is. And if it was to happen with an even larger amount, that would be upsetting.
Not really the other guys fault but the lying to me after is. This could have been prevented if I could change the keybind for returning mail.
I'm editing this just to add: I'm not calling this guy a scammer (he's just a liar profiting off my mistake), this story of what just happened is just me giving my reasons for wanting this feature.

✭✭Mail attachment grabbing is E. Thats the primary action/accept key for interface action. Secondary action is R. You can rebind these in your keybind menu but be aware itll change ALL menus, not just mail.
And turning on autoloot removes the need to hit R to snag everything.0 -
Sidney✭✭✭✭I don't want auto loot on though, I have it off because I don't like it. I want to see what im looting before it's in my bags.
We should be able to change just that button instead of everything though but thanks for the tip, I'll see if that will work out for me. Tempting just to unbind it completely so I have to click.
