✭✭Bit more of an explanation ? Did you delete your character despite all the warnings ?So they raised the floor and lowered the ceiling. Except the ceiling has spikes in it now and the floor is also lava.0 -
Seikon✭✭✭At the top of every page is the following message:Please ensure that you do not delete a character that has retrieved Imperial Edition or Standard Edition items out of the mail until you put the items in the bank. If you have accidentally deleted your Imperial Edition or Standard Edition items, please contact support: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/ask
I'd recommend contacting support. 1 -
The way they sent the items to players is a bit dodgy. It would have been better to either make it sent to all their toons, or put in the shared bank.Is this thing on?1 -
VarikaeSoul ShrivenSame happened to me. where was the warning at? i never received one before deleting the character. I hope they at least allow 1 resend or make them account wide.1

fyrefenix✭✭✭yes i agree i accidentally deleted my first character and lost everything. shortly after on the 31'st a big message appeared with the launcher with a warning so maybe i and you are not the only ones and hopefully they help us bothNatjur ✭✭✭

In fact I have enjoyed every moment of it. I cannot see how "some pixels" that I phailed to get because of my mistake would make my Early Access somehow not good..?Hope you enjoy your early BETA access.

and ESO Zenimax and Bethesda have returned my items i accidentally deleted 30 minutes after i first logged into eso for early access.
