This skill is only used in PvP against ball groups or big zergs but when you are in proxymiti of one of those the lag is so great that the 1 sec cast time become a 5 secs cast time.
So you just stay there stuck in place near a ball group trying to cast that thing and usually what happens when you stay still near a ball group is that you are dead.
Ball groups already benefits from some broken mechanicks (healing stacking, purge, ....) so they really don't need also to benefit from the lag that they help to create.

Marcus_Aurelius✭✭✭✭✭There are already lots of insta ranged AoE, the difference is that this is the only one that can have some effect against a ball group or against faction stacking zergs.
I can understand that someone don't want ball groups to loose their immortal status or just want to surf big zergling , but Cyro is going to die if things continue this way.
The only one that will still enter Cyro will be ball groupers and PvErs that only want their transmute, people interested in PvP will go somewhere else.

✭✭✭✭✭This definitely would help the ability out a lot. Maybe make the detonation take longer to go off and only able to be placed on one person at a time and I'd be on board. Due to ESO's fast paced combat the cast time on it limited it severely, especially since ball groups which the ability is intended to counter are not going to sit in line of sight for long enough for you to get the cast off.PC NA - Ceyanna Ashton - Breton Vampire MagDK1 -
