madman65✭✭✭✭Yeah I would get a little close to find the sweet spot just outside of it`s bite before the Flame breathe, put up my block then wait for it to bite. When it stop staggering (a couple of bites) me then refresh my block and wait for the flame breathe, it always dropped my block right before the flame breathe. I put in a bug report, hope it gets fixed because I thought it was just me. I wanted to see if anyone had the same problem before reporting it. Thanks!0 -
madman65✭✭✭✭Again tonight I made sure that I was not close and the dragon applied a bite and a ring of fire with a damage of over 100,000. I traded with the off tank and he to was getting the same effect. Maybe i`m not dancing with the dragon correctly.0

That's what he does. His bite has always left a ring of fire. You literally just sidestep it the second it hits the ground. If you just stand in it, it will kill you pretty quickly.0 -

His heavy attack always leaves an AoE on the ground. Note that there is a visual desync with Yolnahkriin's heavy attack. Specifically, after he summons fire atros, he will immediately do a heavy attack, but the fire atro summoning animation runs for too long and causes the heavy attack animation to appear delayed. Noldornir✭✭✭All 3 dragons can knock you back but i believe this is not the issue you met the fact about yoln (and only yoln) is this:
Fireball= like lokkestiiz if you are too far away (out of melee range) he will spit on you since he can't LA, he'll spit a fireball which will make you more vulnerable to fire fore quite some time (i believe 30-40 secs) and this effect CAN STACK, you should be able to handle 2-3 fireballs but, in case you get hit by many of those before they fade off the effects will stack and an HA/breath will most likely kill you.
I once tested getting several fireballs while blocking and, with 4-6 stacks, they'll oneshot you even trough block, heavy and breath will as well.
This can be a little more tricky to a DK because of his passives; DKs can hit dragon melees when they are 7m away but the dragon will need to be within 5m; it's can happen so that, as DK, you are able to hit him with punctures and such but he'll spit on you.
Check his animation and your debuff bar very closely, if you see him opening his mouth and spitting a fireball just get closer to him 1 step; after some time killing him you won't even need to watch anymore.0
