It seems that on PTS Rejuvenation has been nerfed from 150 Health, Magicka, and Stamina Recovery to 90 Health, Magicka, and Stamina Recovery.

As far as I know, this wasn't in the patch notes. It's a somewhat substantial change, and probably should be mentioned.

    They also removed the animation, which I actually kind of liked.

    They also appear to have nerfed Deadly Strikes without mentioning it. The tooltip has gone from 20% to 18%.

    I haven't tested whether the damage is actually less, but I would think it isn't just a UI thing.

    Say what? Oh man its one of the only sets that make stamplar worth it in pvp

    Oof, I have bad enough recovery as it is. At least in a dungeon with a dedicated healer I don't notice it much, but Bastian's constantly reminding me I'm out of resources when I'm solo. Not good...

    Slottable stars should feel somewhat impactful since we only get 4. Nerfing already bad sustain since cp 2.0 is just a spit in the face.

    90 recovery.. That's 45 recovery every second.. For a slottable star.. That's an awful perk.

    And skills cost anywhere from 1000-4000

    It has to tick like 45 seconds to give one free spammable...
    For a slottable star? Come on now..

    It's the longest out of any stars to get your "reward"
    - the "free" roll dodge is every 30 seconds...
    - The "free" break free is every 21 seconds..

    I much rather they go back to 150 and split it up in 2 group. 1 for mag and 1 for stam.

    To much powah in hands of those old playas, we need to make this game even more noob friendly...

    — They always claim they’re “investigating” the causes, but in reality they’re just waiting until the PC EU players go to bed. Once that happens, you can suddenly log in again and they happily mark the issue as Fixed.

    Theres a new one with 150 recovery but you have to have a negative effect on you.

    If this is going to stay like this, I am probably going to replace it with the new one that gives you 10% movement speed bonus (so less stamina waste on sprinting). 90 recovery would be good for a non- slotable CP passive. 150 for slotable CP is meh tbh. But 90 ? It is a joke lol.

    I guess is a way to enforce this 'we want horizontal progression and we want players to make choices'.

    Make all choices equally as 'mehappealing' and then there won't be any 'de-facto' choices.

    Oh and one think that I forgot to mention:

    Do you remember how they nerfed Argonian's Resourceful passive and other races sustain passives too ? Their Developer comment on that back then was that it is due to CP rebalance as they introduced new CP passives (like Rejuvenation) so that it was too much sustain.

    Now they nerfing Rejuvenation and I don't see corresponding buffs to racial passives... I mean it is not a big deal, But lets not forget about what we have lost to get sustain CP passive in a 1st place. Becouse we are not getting that back.

    And healer necro who always has minor defile. Really annoying for Warden who has built in purge and the other red star that reduces duration of status effects.

    All good points, and I generally hate ninja nerfs. But my solo build finds it essentially impossible to run out of magicka, I can't remember the last time I ran out in a trial with optimised support sets... Im not sure it's really needed, it probably just makes the decision to ditch it in favour of something else.

    Oh I get it. They nerfed the star so that they could better sell us on the new Prismatic Onslaught enchant function, which absorbs and gives back resources.

    No thanks, ZOS. Active stars should give fantastic stats, as we're sacrificing a slot for them. Make our sacrifice worth something, please.

    And I'm not liking this new path towards active stars with negative consequences, like that new Bracing Anchor star. There should never be negative consequences on an active star, as we already have the negative consequence of using up a slot. We already paid the price, we should get the full product not have to pay a second time. It's like buying groceries at the store, paying, then coming home and finding that you were charged twice on your credit card.

    Their logic on this is so irrational that they can't even explain it. Just make the CP star related to being affected by negative effect more potent than Rejuvenation and be done with this. There is so many options in active stars that if someone decides to have them both then who cares? He loses on something else, isn't it the point of having those active stars? To have a choice? Right now by doing things like this ZOS just creates one and the only path of using CP's. This is stupid and not engaging at all...

    The more changes I see being found in this patch, the more I can't help but think there is some self serving agenda by a dev that PVPs as a werewolf.

    If you're not using atronach for mag pvp, you better be wearing a good amount of regen, or expect to just be a ganker. If you can deal top tier DPS without needing a healer to manage your sustain, that's unbalanced.

    Afaik Rejuvation is BiS right now, no? It's just better than any other option on the red tree.
    As an unbound, loose star with an always active benefit it should be somewhat weaker than other stars that require significant CP investment or are extremely situational.

    This is your assumption rather than a statement of fact. In both PvP and PvE there are other options no less good, just for your information this is a star I use only on some of my characters.

    Besides, even if it is BiS does it mean you have to nerf it right away? What about BiS stars from the blue tree then? And couldn't, for example, a new star be a bit more attractive numerically due to having to meet additional conditions? Or do we have to spoil the old ones in order to introduce new ones?

    The only reason it's best is because the rest of the red tree is terrible. That's not really a good thing.

    EDIT: I like the red tree for tanking, true, but it's not all that great for DPS or healer.

    As a PvP player that is worthless and my build would still very much be nerfed by this change. Isn't the point supposed to be purging the harmful effects so you don't melt and die in PvP anyways?!?
