    As far back as I can remember ZOS has had many similar stories. It's more likely that someone didn't tell Gina about the change or that the information got lost somewhere than that someone accidentally changed a value in the game code. I'm willing to bet that in future cycles the information will come out.

    I reported it as a bug before this thread was made. We'll see on Monday I suppose.

    I hope it is, so that the change will get reverted. But most likely it is intended and was not communicated properly to the patch notes.

    I still don't understand how it took them 2 years to revamp cp by just stripping the previous system to miniscule numbers and slapping 2.0 in front of it like it's a whole new thing. lol

    Seriously what's the point of this nerf? Not like anybody has particularly great sustain on live unless you specifically build for it. Completely unnecessary change.

    I’ll add that I find the idea of stam running 1 light piece in PvE interesting. Theoretically it seems like it would work out to be marginally more effective than 7 medium with the same sets, at least as long as the 939 pen isn’t wasted. But switching to 1 light means losing 4% from the stam regen multiplier and losing the 2% reduction to stam costs. With the live values of Rejuvenation that shouldn’t present too much of an issue. But cut that star by 40% on top of the lower modifier and higher cost, and things are looking much tighter comparatively. So I really don’t understand why they would make a change to Dexterity/Prodigy that seems designed to encourage stam dps to expand into light armor while simultaneously nerfing regen to the point where actually using a piece of light armor feels on the verge of sustain-prohibitive. This strikes me as a bit of a mixed message.

    I have the idea... just remove cp system, the final nerf, problem will be solved.
