Mayhem Boon Boxes not counting towards Hand of Whitestrake Achievement

The Hand of Whitestrake achievement in the Midyear Mayhem requires earning 25 of the Pelinal Midyear Boon Box. Problem is that the boon boxes I get from in person quest deliveries, like to Battlemaster Rivyn are not counting towards that goal! I did a screen recording showing I had 11/25 on the counter, then I turned in a quest, received a boon box, but when I opened the achievement tab again it was still at 11/25

CountonMe✭✭✭I just did another screen recording of me turning in quests in IC and the same problem. The boon boxes I am getting are not increasing the tally. The only boon boxes that ARE working for achievement are the "Rewards for the Worthy" emails.1

I may be wrong here, but I think the first box you get per day is a special one, and that is the one that counts. Or of it is the ones that come along with the tickets? I had a few alts do the questgivers microquest (talk to questgiver, do something with that bowl of blood, talk to her again). The first alt got something about a box, the rest did not. So hence my thoughts. :-)1 -
CountonMe✭✭✭I just tested your theory and it didn't work. I delivered my first quest to Legate Gallus in IC and got 1 ticket, but the boon box did not count towards the achievement. This needs to be fixed! I would've had my 25/25 already! I need this achievement!2

Kocheque✭✭Same here, NPCs, Bulletin Boards are not tallying the Boon Boxes, seems to only count when the Boon Boxes are in an in game mail attachment. If you’re going for the achievement, then doing anything in Cyrodiil, or Imperial City is a waste of time. Actually, it is cheating the player, as this is not how the Midyear Mayhem Event is represented.2

Gained 10 or 11 through Cropsford daily quests, and opened them all. No update to the achievement.0 -

I got credit for my first 17, but then it stopped altogether, from all sources. Mail, quests, etc.0 -
