The review seems fair. I would probably give the game a 5 or 6 in its current state. The phasing stuff can be annoying at times, but I enjoy the benefits of it enough to overcome the downsides. I'm not crazy about how the inventory system works as mentioned above, but the reason I drop the score so low is simply due to bugs. Too many, and too severe for my taste. I love the combat and gameplay. But I'm very annoyed with the fickle nature of the questing system.
