I purchased the Blackwood Collection Edition and received the items for it's pre-order as well as some of the items for the other chapters but not all.
When I purchased it, the information at this page HERE is what I went by.

I've entered a ticket but was told to just re-log on, which didn't solve anything. I responded to the ticket but have heard nothing since.
How long is the usual wait time for secondary ticket responses? My ticket number is 210601-001840 if it's needed.

    There are some delays in getting a response since the ticket has been escalated and the support team is investigating into why the account update they initially made has not updated your entitlements.

    Not to sound rude but a message from you that just states "You're ticket is in que and customer service will respond shortly" really isn't an update.
    Plus, I still haven't gotten a reply on my ticket after almost a week.
