I'll start with what I DON'T want- another bloody pet. Lord knows how many I already have but I don't need or want any more.

As much as I hate loot boxes a few crown crates would be fine. But real ones not the silly preview crates.

A name and race change token would be fine too. They come in handy from time to time.

An outfit would be fine but obviously it would have to be something new.

Let us use addons, of course. And give us our own PTS server.

For compensation, I would like a game that works. Bgs that don't freeze and lag constantly, skills that fire in real time and to be able to go near a group of 20 in cyro without fear of freezing or dcing.

tbh a crap ton of crowns or other store currency...it cant simply be just an extended event...i FINALLY get days off from work (i work 12 hour shifts) and i cant play the game...and im sure when i go back on shift is when it will be back up...playing a video game when you want to play it within reason should be the very least we expect from a company...we have to continue holding them to high standards...look lately theres been a trend of companies putting out subpar product, and fans defending the company...they dont understand that the product will continue to be bad if we keep giving a pass for things...many ppl may bash me because of my direct approach...they may feel like im hurting the devs feelings...but that thought process is the problem

I think telvar would be a good compensation at least 100k. Or a radiant apex mount. 15 crown crates not the ones with 3 cards. Nobody wants a pet because honestly you can't use them because they cause more lag. A free polymorph would be ok. But I think telvar would be nice because I believe that's what we will miss from the daily rewards.

Consoles got rewarded when PC EU and to a lesser extent PC NA players have not been able to play due to issues during this very event. Everyone got extended event time but PC EU got the least amount while consoles got the most. This is no different then that time except PS players are taking one for the team this time.

Lmao. PS players have had what? Less than 10 hours of down time more than other platforms in last forever? Excluding EU players that get crapped on all the time and y’all want so much for that? If you missed popping up that cake for those 3 tickets or missed a daily reward because of maintenance then that’s on you. Read the ToS. Zos don’t owe you anything. They extended the event. There’s your tickets. If Xbox and pc players get that too what does is matter? You aren’t in any kind of competition with other platforms.

I would like a game that works as a compensation. When I can't even fillet a fish without my screen freezing each time I fillet a fish I think we have problems fam. I am not the biggest casual in the game but what else can I do nothing else works. I got no friends either so my only option left is to become a fisherman and I can't even do that.

It just feels really bad since we had extended maintenance last week and I didn’t see a reason why.

Also, buying the last two notable houses and not being able to enjoy them is painful. I just made a substantial investment in the game.

I think they should somehow get us the daily rewards that we will miss. I don’t think I’ve ever missed any before.

That's the reason why I don't like playing games with constant, mandatory updates on console, (or even Steam). You have two parties involved, doubling the amount of things that can go wrong. And when things do go wrong, there can be no emergency patches as they first have to be approved by Sony/MS.

As for compensation, 2 days downtime are a lot, but making outlandish compensation demands for a service outage effectively worth 1 buck gets you nowhere. Easy for me to say as a PC player who can play, but I'd say, Zos giving the PS4 players a mail with 3.5k gold and 3k AP (Login reward of the last 2 days) and maybe 2 Oroboros crates would be a nice gesture of goodwill.

Ummm 3k gold.... if I try I make that in.... 2 minutes. Seriously. 2 minutes of picking up resource nodes. And I'm being conservative with that estimate.

No, I don't want gold. And no, asking for something useful like a race change token isn't outrageous.

But hey, don't get me wrong. Service being down for a few days isn't the end of the world. I'm enjoying taking a break.

Not that they will give you guys anything, but a choice of token would be cool and not game breaking. They should at least credit you for the lost login rewards and allow you to collect whatever the final ones are this month if you were in line for them.

To be honest, I am just grateful that the server has come back online as quickly as it has. Great work ZOS.

We PlayStation users have every reason to be angry (and I was very angry at one point yesterday until I realised how serious the situation was) but we need to understand that it is an extraordinary situation. Losing well over 24hrs of gaming time within 7 days, which also happened to cross over 2 major events is unacceptable, and cannot happen again.

My hope is that ZOS have learnt three important lessons:

1) Be more considerate of regional holidays when booking maintenance - Easter weekend is a major holiday in the Christian calender and is mainly celebrated in Europe. ZOS should have been aware of this and pushed the maintenance back.
2) Communicate with us better - if they had put up a thread earlier (before Xbox / PC had been completed) to say they were experiencing major issues with the PlayStation server and in all likelihood it would be late going back up - it would have eased lots of the 'Thunder'. As soon as you know there is a problem, that is when you need to tell us.
3) Consider not putting servers back online if one is failing. If you have completed maintenance on two platforms but the third is not working, please leave the other two off whilst the issue is identified. I get it isn't the other platforms fault, but at least we are all in the same boat.

As for compensation, I don't think we need it. I am just grateful to have the game back. If the same thing happens next week I might change my tone, but clearly this was an extraordinary situation. I would like to know one thing though - did last weeks maintenance contribute to it in any way?
