Am i the only one not having these issues? I've been playing ESO for a short while, but i have never experienced any lags whatsoever. Nada. Not in bg's, not in Imperial City, not in the open world. And i've been in places where there were more than a hundred characters running around AND npc's.

That is completely true, from a certain point of view. Those characters won't be able to move or use abilities, but they can be on the screen.
