Mobs can be unnefected by this. It can be hard coded just for players.
And i do not think trials with 12 healers is possible in this game, so raids will se no difference, they more often use ground healing.

Add it to the battle spirit "buff". PvE players are unaffected except in IC and won't care in 99.9% or all cases.

No more additions to battle spirit. The learning curve for PVP noobs is plenty steep without any more extra crap.

Im quite sure he didnt mean 12 heals at the same time.. But in PvP is quite common to get 3x dot heal of same skill from different ppl and this it quite big flaw of this game

It is more 1 against Zerg changes.
1 on 1 will not be effected any way.
It is about groups with to much overhealing and 100500 procs they put on you.

Mutagen are used a lot in if group is spread out.
And it would not get rid of ball groups they would be stronger as they had multiple classes of healers.
Pugs again would be weaker and you would get the jokers spamming HoT with 10K magic overwriting heals from healers.

No more additions to battle spirit. The learning curve for PVP noobs is plenty steep without any more extra crap.
