There's also Meticulous Disassembly, which affects Jewelry crafting.
I haven't even thought about this, but that's another point against having MD be a single, high cost star instead of being broken up into a 4-5 star subconstellation: people who don't own Summerset will only get 3/4th of the benefits this star offers.

This can actually be gotten around without dlc ownership or subbing by grabbing the Blade of Woe during an ESO+ free trial. It stays with you, unlike the ability to use jewelrycrafting stations.
What I would really like to see is a green CP that increases the odds of dungeon/trial gear dropping that you haven't added to your collection yet.

Everyone gets leads regardless of whether they have the Greymoor DLC. Of course, you can't act on those leads. But Greymoor will soon be part of ESO+, as is Summerset, making it more accessible. And, I agree that if it's just the end node of a constellation, then players can easily ignore it.
But, I like the idea of having a star that would affect additional kinds of drops, so as to make it more useful.
