Did I read the patch notes too quickly or did they fail again to fix armor debuffs? Because without armor debuffs fixed, it's just another useless week of no testing

VoidCommander✭✭✭✭✭Dude for real though. I had today all planned out for finally testing the dozen builds I had plans for, and now I can’t reliably test any of them for yet another week?
Are we seriously going to have less than 3 weeks of actual testing before this goes live? For a patch that will is bringing the biggest meta changes since CP was first introduced?2 -

✭✭Maybe it's just not included in the patch notes but the fix took place. Because you know, they acknowledged the issue in the last week's patch notes so I expected it to be fixed in the next (which is today).

stefj68✭✭✭✭✭did they fix the debuff on the dummys? did they raised the template cp cap? why they didnt announce the cp convertion ratio, formula, or anything... i feel we are loosing another week of testing!
