Nearly 2 weeks and no account recovery

I submitted a ticket on the 12th in regards to being hacked and robbed. I was told my inv/bank issue was being looked into. I replied that I didn't have an inv/bank issue, even included the fact I had emails stating I was being accessed from a new IP. The response to this was that my 'missing bank slots' would be fixed in an upcoming patch.
I once again reiterated my situation, adding the fact that I wasn't missing any bank slots. Then, the 15th rolls around. 1:30am CST. I _finally_ get a phone call. It's explained to me that customer support was just _assuming_ that I was mistaking 'missing bank slots/items' for having been hacked. Despite the great detail I repeatedly gave.
I was told it would be resolved by the end of that day. It's now the 23rd (8.5 days later) and not a single word has been said about this. Suffice it to say, I am not happy with ZOS. At all.

Fix my account. And while you're at it, give me a free year's sub. That'd be great. It should make up for the fact that I spent over $100 for a pre-order for this game, which I played for nearly two weeks before being breached & robbed, leaving me to wait for nearly two more weeks with no indication of anything being done to correct this issue.
I am utterly unimpressed with this company.

'Okay, the question is...(laughter)...the question is, we have Vicious Death sets with Prox Det that are doing double damage from last patch -- they're doing double damage -- and the CP system scales them even more. Prox Dets are doing over 20k, okay? That's before Vicious Death does 15, m'kay? We're talking like 30k+. Okay.

    I am in the same exact boat as this guy. It has been almost 3 weeks now. ESO support sent me one email to ask about my email adress and my problem and then they never responded. I paid money for early access and imperial edition and now I cant even log into my game. At least you turds could send me some kind of reply. HELP PLEASE!

    It is unfortunate that you were hacked and robbed which bodes the question, how were you hacked in the first place?

    In the two weeks you played while waiting, you could of easily out levelled anything you gained in that first two weeks to make anything you had worthless, so I hardly doubt flaming them and demanding a free years sub is the way to go about it.

    I have no idea how I was hacked; maybe you should ask ZOS about it?

    As for the two weeks I _DIDN'T_ play while waiting (as I was told on the phone that they might just roll my character back), if I were to have actually played and out leveled my gear, I had no means of getting new gear.
    I had 0g to buy anything with, and at that point I was already nearly 10 levels higher than half of my gear. After making this thread, I jumped back into the game and decided to run around Shadowfen while I waited some more.
    I eventually got bored and went from collecting skyshards to doing quests. Now I'm like halfway done with Shadowfen quests, barely have 1k gold, still not up to date with gear.

    No. No. And no. I did not flame them in my post. At all. Unless saying I'm unimpressed with this company is considered flaming. Which it isn't.
