No. we are rewarded as per the rules of the game now and when the rules change we will still be rewarded as per the rules of the game. Besides progression is an incentive to play. This isn't a pay to win phone game where you pay to rob yourself of your own fun and quit once you realize you have nothing left to do and a hole in your wallet. Enjoy the prospect of working towards new goals and an expanded game, rather than entitling yourself to rewards for "work" you were already rewarded for.

not asking for anything to be gave to me just asking that my xp earned matters not get cut in half just because i started playing / paying for the game at release not 6 years into it

yes we have gain at an -% rate once over cap and if i was renting an car for 4 years and they with held my gas at an _% rate per gal then yes id want the fuel i paid for
I mentioned in another thread on this a good solution would be to extend the increased CP gain until CP 2000.
Personally, while I like the direction of the new CP system, the CP gain concerns me.
We've had 2 years of no increase and no update to the system. That is fine. But not once during that time were we informed that the cap would be entirely removed and 3600 would be usable. The cao removal is fine on it's own. But that is 2 years of wasted xp gain. How many players didn't bother running xp scrolls constantly or using double xp buffs during events because they were already at 1000+ cp. I'd wager is a lot of players. I was at around 850 when the cap was last raised. I was at 1400 when the new system was announced. And that is potentially 550 CP I missed out on by not using XP boosts because there was zero reason to use them on CP level characters that had all their skills unlocked.

They need to just increase the rate that you gain CP. Like how they have now but adjusted to the new cap.
I believe it will be appropriate to compensate with experience players who played during the current Champion System(Champion System 1.0).
If I understand correctly, ZOS intends to change the way champion points are earned and make them easier to earn with Update 29.
For example, it will be easier to get to champion 1,200 when Update 29 will launch.
Here is what I propose(based on the amount of champion points the player has when Update 29 launch):
Player at Champion 810-900 - Player receives instant 30 champion points as a gift
Player at Champion 901-1,000 - Player receives instant 50 champion points as a gift
Player at Champion 1,001-1,100 - Player receives instant 70 champion points as a gift
Player at Champion 1,101-1,200 - Player receives instant 90 champion points as a gift
Player at Champion 1,201-1,300 - Player receives instant 110 champion points as a gift
Player at Champion 1,301-1,400 - Player receives instant 130 champion points as a gift
Player at Champion 1,401-1,500 - Player receives instant 150 champion points as a gift
Player at Champion 1,501-1,600 - Player receives instant 170 champion points as a gift
Player at Champion 1,601-1,700 - Player receives instant 190 champion points as a gift

This is not a joke thread. I truly believe that we(veteran players) deserve a compensation for our hard work during the old & harder to earn champion points system.
The extra work will be retroactively rewarded!
