How to get 3600CP?

Meldor_Greenwood
I made a new character, with the "Flames of Oblivion (Maximum Level). But I'm only CP810. How do I get the rest?

    Okay, thanks. So it's a bug/oversight. Will hopefully be fixed in the next patch.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno can you guys pls change the template cp to 3600, so we can start testing the new cp on the pts.

    This would be much appreciated addition for upcoming week test cycle to be able to get a good grasp of the new cp system potential and balance. Would be able to give only "theory" feedback if we cannot test it at full power (3600cp).

    Filling all "passive stars" (non slottable) costs

    * 860 for blue
    * 983 for red
    * 465 for green

    Bunch of high cost passive in red tree are not very effective, like "tempered soul" that cost 250 to max out, so we can assume 800cp for each tree passives is enough. Also, most active stars require around 50cp to max.

    As is, 3000 total cp seems to be the cap at which one gets the full potential of new cp system for character progression. Let us try that out please :-)

    If you want to spec into things you may not really need like 5% healing done, 5% healing taken, magicka on stamina DPS, etc, then yeah.. 2000-3000 is required, but I was able to get most of what I needed as a stamina dps with the 1150 I had. I imagine I could fully spec out with 1400-1600 personally, beyond that it would be used for more pvp related utility stars.

    So jealous of PC players in this regard. That addon that will craft master writs for you is so OP.

    Console players as of U28 have a filter they can put to craft writs now don't they? It's like a few extra button presses, not as bad as it use to be.
