The problem with the thief is that it's useless in any PVE trash pull or burn where mechanical acuity can be used.

I’ll have to see where crit chance lands after all the set changes and CP rework.
In the current live patch 12% crit damage would be pretty close to the same effect as the 258 Spell Damage on other races.
Then it comes down to just missing 1085 Max Magicka, which is about 1.5% DPS for most PVE builds. I think that would be an acceptable tradeoff for the small health and sustain bonuses, so I’m pretty happy with the change at first glance. I think it could easily be 1k health/mag/stam without making Khajiit overpowered (very similar to the now-nerfed Orc then), but 915 isn’t terrible.
We’ll see where crit chance ends up. If its 45% instead of the current ~60-65% then Khajiit could end up in a bad place still.
