✭✭✭✭✭I watched the whole thing and only got one. I SWEAR they didn't explain you had to claim them every half hour until an hour and a half in.
Drop progress then froze at 73% for me and stuck there for a good half hour.

✭✭✭✭✭@ZOS_SarahHecker The Twitch campaign stopped exactly at 7:00 PM, even though the stream itself ran longer. Because the campaign stopped, progress on earning crates stopped too.
I've been watching the stream since the beginning, but because there is a little bit of lag with the reward and restarting the credit count for the next crate, it is impossible to get all 4 within the 2-hour timeframe, because each crate effectively takes just a couple of minutes longer than 30 and the credit stopped at 7 PM sharp rather than when the stream actually stopped.
This means that people are left with an almost-completed 4th crate.Nightfighters ― PC/NA and PC/EU

carly✭✭✭✭I only got 1 crate as well. Thought I claimed 2 but i see in Drops window I only got 1 for 2.5 hours of viewing. strange. It's been stuck at 60% for almost an hour now.
I just logged into the game and I can see I did receive 3 crates so it's the Twitch site that wasn't accurately reflecting what I really received. I'm good then! Thank you

The drops stopped after 2h sharp even though the stream went on for another half an hour (it literally just ended now). WraithShadow13✭✭✭✭as a side note, it also looked as if your progress stopped once the drop was ready to claim, meaning that if you weren't claiming them right as they popped, you might not be earning more crates, which is kind of a jerk move.
Can anyone confirm if that was, indeed, the case?7 -

✭✭✭✭✭I claimed 3 crates- but my fourth stalled out at 80% during the last 40 minutes or so of the stream and did not progress any further. It was pretty disappointing since one of the things they were saying during the stream is that they were gonna go crazy with the crates. I'm sure it is NOT their fault though- something must have gone wrong with twitch itself, perhaps.PC l NA

That's what happened to me at least, didn't immediately claim the first crate and progress on the second one didn't start until the first was claimed. Was there for the entire 2.5 hours and only got one crate...4 -

Zorgon_The_Revenged✭✭✭✭✭Twitch drop inventory shows a single crate (edit: was from the 11th not the reveal show), pet then 3 crates as a single drop for me. It it ZOS's fault because they configured the campaign to end at 7PM instead of building in a cushion at the end. Twitch stopped tracking progress at the exact time that was set in the campaign.Nightfighters ― PC/NA and PC/EU

Marcusorion1✭✭✭✭watched from start to finish, claimed 1 crate and pet and although the timer said another was ready it did not show up - so I too missed out on 3 crates ( page said max of 4 )
despite numerous comments in chat for the last hour of the stream, it was never addressed by the hosts.
from the Twitch drop page it shows now that I have 2 crates and the pet, although the 3rd and 4rth crate can not be claimed - had 100# for the 3rd and it was not available to be claimed despite it showing up to be claimed now ..it will not progress the claim - instead I get an error message saying the crate was not claimed. I had 100 % on the 3rd, and it would not progress or reset the bar because I could not claim it during the event itself.
My email shows only the pet was unlocked for my account, zero messages about regular crates
We were only told about the new Twitch drop system after reveal and the details were not explained clearly at all.
I was going to grab the crates and then buy the collectors upgrade..the mess with crates occurred and guess what? haven't bought the upgrade...very bad PR.
sorry but "it's Twitch's fault" doesn't really cut it ...make good on your deal to your players and you sort it out with Twitch yourselves?Edited by Marcusorion1 on January 27, 2021 2:13AM5 -

Middle of the night here, watched the entire thing and just got one even though I clicked the claim button on the chat bar the 2nd and 3rd time and put the message in chat like they said. Those ones didn't turn up in my inventory. Disappointing I stayed up and got let down.
