Vampire combat feed and fix?

What if they added this to vampire?

*Feed passive now allows a synergy attack on humanoid enemies or players from behind. (No sneak needed and can use in combat.)
This synergy heals by 20% of your health, damages the target for 10% of their health, and raises your vampire level. You also gain blood rage, healing you for 15% of the damage you do for 20 seconds but you cannot be healed by allies. Each target can only be affected by this synergy every 25 seconds. Both the target and attacker are immune to damage and cc during the animation.

Balanced? Adds more meaning to Vampire? Fixes the problems with the skill line? What are your thoughts?

    I like it. I believe that vampires use to be able to feed on fellow players so I’m game for that again. I like anything that gives vamp players something unique to play with.

    Well I never listen to "everyone" because they're usually wrong, so I guess that changes it to a 'no' from me.

    Before rework, you could bite the enemy players in PvP, that was fun but almost useless.

    Idk, why does vamp drain heal even though one kill animation is almost the exact same? Game mechanics don't make much sense tbh.

    Imagine being stuck in an animation while you have to run, your defensive buffs run out and the enemies just buff up, coordinate their cc and kill you as soon as your out of the animation. It would be another level cc, which is unbreakable and can be chained with another cc. I don't think it add anything and would probably break 1vX situations. So that's a hard no from me.

    I would make the animation much shorter like 1 second or so, but I do see your point. What if you could only use it on non cc immune targets?

    It's a bit too overloaded but the role and way to activate the synergy are all fine in my eyes. It'll bring back feeding on players in PVP which is something me and a few others have wanted to make a return since the day ZOS got rid of it.

    I am fully agree with vampires feeding in combat concept, and i think building gameplay around feeding in combat can be one of the ways of making vampires playstyle unique and interesting. As you can guess this mechanic already were suggested during Greymoor PTS, for example at this thread, but we are still where we were. Quote from thread:

    *) Bite. Don't need to be slotted, ability out of skill line. While in combat, if enemy is stunned or you are behind him in melee range you can Bite him, dealing X damage and heal for Y health, scales from highest stat or have fixed values, maybe in percentages. Also lowers stage of vampirism by one and replenish Satiety(it's one of mechanics discribed in this thread) bar by full stage

    Clarification: Core and very thematic element of gameplay. Allows you to heal and fuel the use of vampire skills. Animation must be fast, around 1 second.

    And after the introduction of this mechanic, we can return to not killing NPCs while feeding out of combat, because after Greymoor if you want to feed you can't be disguised vampire anymore, only mass murderer.
