I wouldn't mind but I think you should be required to level all the class skills from the beginning.
Just level a new warden it takes hardly any time at all to level new characters nowadays.
I'm with Kargen in this one. If ZOS does allow class change tokens you have to level up the three new skill lines you'll have access to.

This would be a cool option. I made my main a sorc and have been playing it since day one, and working on completing everything in game with it I can. Sure, I have 17 alts, for various niche purposes, like a tank, healer, stam dps, and various class pvp types. But my Main is the one I care about earning achievements and completing content on. Unfortunately, when I bought and started the game, Necromancer did not exist. Had it existed at the time, the past 4+ years would have been spent on a Necromancer main rather than a sorc. And there is a zero percent chance that I am going to do 4 years worth of content and time to re-main a new character. It's nonsense.

I would like to see something like a rebirth system. Where we keep our progress/achievements/skillpoints, but start at level one again. Maybe something offered by Azura, as a reward. Where in the rebirth we can pick a different class, or upgrade our existing class with one skillline from another class. A skillline which we can manually pick. Allow us to rebirth multiple times(only at level 50), where each time we can replace the skillline we choose in the previous rebirth, to another skilline. Or simply remove the extra skillline, and change our base class. This gives players an endless progression system, and allows players to change how their base class plays drastically with some really neat added options.

But all of the time I am repeating the same content on an alt is time I am unable to finish achievements on the main. It doesn't really matter if you don't get it. When/if the time comes when class change is possible, just don't do it. It will have literally zero impact on anyone who doesn't use it.
I'm against an easy class change... as this would have players simply follow the flavor-of-the-month builds.
But a system like quoted below would be awesome, and suit all of your needs as well(class change):I would like to see something like a rebirth system.
