This is not a bug. This functions EXACTLY as intended. Horse stamina prevents being dismounted/snared when attacked. Test it yourself. Run until you have zero stam on your horse and run through a group of mobs. One tap and you will be snared for sure and most likely knocked off.

Also, were you the kid that raised your hand at the end of class to remind the teacher to collect the homework that no one did?

actually given the complacency of most of the posters here this should be a priority fix imagine if they take anouther 6 months to a year to fix everyone as gone out and brought the speed horse believing infinite sprint is ok

then one day they log in to find they can only sprint for 10 seconds .....

but can i see the issue there max speed with infinite sprint what part of that even sounds like it is working as intended .... might aswell have a horse that can carry 70 items and as a speed of 70

I believe this is a mechanic working as intended due to when you horse is depleted of Stamina, you have a 100% chance to be knocked off. Where if you have stamina, you have a harder chance of being knocked off.

tooltip from stables guy reads:

feeding your mount hay, will increase its stamina, Allowing it to sprint for longer .... if everyone can infinite sprint[/b] ... this tool tip is wrong ...... however if infinite sprint is a bug .... this tooltip is right on the mark !!!

Yeah, and it's better this way. Slowing it down so it takes longer to get where you're going is boring and lame. Sorry you had to spend that kind of gold to find it out though. Of course given a choice, I'd rather not have my horse gimped even if it makes you feel like you got better a value from your purchase.

But hey, maybe it's not as intended and they're aware so they'll they probably will fix it at some point. It will suck, and all we'll have plenty of time while slowly roaming the world to reminisce back to when we could get to the fun, faster.

You are incorrect.

The HORSES stamina bar drops when you get hit. When it hits zero, you get knocked off the horse and are stunned for a period of time.

Again, you misunderstood the mechanic and are (to use your own terms) butthurt that you spent gold on it and now you want everyone to suffer.

To counter the point I already know you're going to try to make, YES you can sprint the horse to ZERO stamina and continue to sprint, but if you take a single hit at any time while the horses stamina is empty you are instantly dismounted.

It's a bug, that no one is complaining about, and it's not game breaking or a priority to fix. Enjoy it while it lasts. I'm sure it will be fixed soon enough, otherwise there wouldnt be a point to sprinting. Why would you want to travel at a lower speed if sprinting was indefinate. It'll be fixed at a later date or they will take sprinting away in general....most likely, fixed..

i wouldnt say all my gold maybe 1/5 of my gold .. but once infinite sprint gets fixed who will have wasted there gold then ... jury will be out i guess u sound pretty hurt that they have confirmed its a bug ... would your horse be specced for speed perhaps

I always planned on having 3 horses, and one does not waste gold unless you respec.
